Currently in iOS7 their is a notable change to how you take pictures. Who know's if this is intended or intentional but this is how it stands in the first Beta of iOS7

iOS6: Camrea button - Onrelease = take picture

iOS7: Camrea button - OnDown = take picture

A subtle change but  significant to know about after getting use to holding you finger down and the picture snapping when your finger is released.
