Reactos 0.4.5 was released yesterday. Time to take another look at it. For those that are unfamiliar with it. ReactOs is an open source operating system aimed at running Windows applications and drivers in an open-source environment. I've tried it out in the past, and I like the direction they were heading it just wasn't ready for the main stream yet. This OS is still only Alpha, so it's not for the faint of heart.
